Despite the complexity of logistics workflows, they made the system easy to navigate and use on a daily basis. This focus on usability really helped speed up internal adoption and improved team productivity. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something AgileTech Viet Nam could have done differently?

One area for improvement could be providing more post-launch analytics support. While the app performed well, having deeper insights and recommendations on user behavior after release would have been helpful. That said, their team was always open to feedback and willing to support when asked.

The system effectively addresses real-world challenges in bus transportation through innovative.

Several features:

   1. Add Start Station & Destination Station

• Simply enter your starting point and destination, and the app will show all available bus options and routes to get you there.
• Just input your journey’s start and end locations to view all bus options and routes for reaching your destination.

   2. Book Seats

• Reserve seats and purchase tickets from anywhere in the world. You can also book tickets for loved ones and share e-tickets with them.
• Choose your preferred seats and book them for yourself, your friends, or family in just a few minutes, ensuring everyone stays together.

   3. View Booking History

• Easily view your previous bookings and quickly rebook if you frequently travel the same route.
• Changed your mind after paying for a journey? No worries—we’ll refund your payment with ease.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

AgileTech has collaborated to integrate real-time bus tracking analytics and strategically combine them with bus data. This was done to ensure users have an enjoyable experience on the Booking App platform. Within just four months from the project's initiation, AgileTech successfully launched a trial version of the bus booking app on both Android and iOS platforms.

Currently, the project is in its final stages, with the official release expected in November 2024.
