As the project evolved, the system expanded to include project management, HR processes, event tracking, and several other modules that significantly strengthened our organizational efficiency, resilience, and institutional memory. A centralized system was implemented to manage NGO project expenses, ensuring accurate records and better financial control. The solution reduced complexity, saved time, and transformed manual processes into a structured, efficient workflow. Most importantly we achieved to build a resilient and sustainable  project and institutional management system, which is replicable and good value for money

We were not really expecting a system like this effective, since it was supposed to be completely tailored according to different donors needs and demands, with different templates and finance logic. We gained hours and maybe even months in a year by automating our project management system with Aforsoft

They may need some more marketing to reach customers like ourselves who works with limited budgets and capacity to spread this efficient project management system especially for NGOs..
