We’ve measured this improvement through several indicators.On the one hand, a better flow in the user journey has facilitated appointment booking, resulting in a progressive increase in the number of reservations through the app.On the other hand, the centralization of information and automation of certain tasks have helped reduce the time spent managing appointments for practitioners.Finally, we’ve observed positive user feedback, especially regarding ease of use, quick appointment booking, and easy access to health information.Moreover, the quality of collaboration between our teams is another important point. Working with Affluence Digital has helped us implement a solution truly adapted to Novasanté’s needs, thanks to their good understanding of our business challenges and user expectations.

Overall, the site has become a much more effective tool for showcasing our projects and generating qualified leads. The bounce rate has decreased by approximately 20%, indicating that visitors are staying on the site longer. The average session duration has also increased from around one minute to over two minutes. We've also seen an increase of approximately 30% in contact requests in the weeks following the launch. Mobile traffic has converted more effectively thanks to a smoother and more responsive experience. These indicators confirm that the new site is not only more aesthetically pleasing, but also more effective in terms of lead generation. Indeed, the results have generally been sustained over time. After an initial spike in engagement immediately following the launch, performance stabilized at a level higher than that observed before the redesign.
