For what projects/services did your company hire Aelius Venture, and what were your goals?

By working on high-volume financial and blockchain projects, you are expected to have extensive knowledge in the field. A solid foundation in computer science, including knowledge of data structures and algorithmic processes. Some of the areas include e-commerce, enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), software as a service (SaaS), data management, and machine learning, in addition to web development, mobile development, game development, and application development.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We determined that they are an excellent team and a specialist in the field relevant to my project after reviewing their prior work and holding a few meetings. They understand the fundamentals of mobile application development as well as mobile application-related services such as Amazing Pixel Perfect Designs, Amazing Ideas Analyzer, Good Technical Consulting, and Good Simplicity.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Aelius Venture created an iOS mobile app, an Android app, and a backend content management system from the ground up.We requested that the team create a bespoke survey module that would allow users to either pose or respond to questions because we envisioned the app being used for a variety of different news applications. . We decided to increase their responsibilities after realising that the entire process of developing applications would take a few months only. Following that, the Aelius Venture team began working on a variety of projects for us.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

They were able to offer us three distinct groups of experts and they had approximately one hundred employees, including business analysts, project managers, and software engineers. The project managers were the main people I communicated with.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Aelius Venture's level of expertise is the most impressive aspect of the company. The application has been thoroughly and repeatedly tested, and the company also offers complete support for my app. The full process of developing mobile is easy.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They distribute the information to the rest of the team. They are getting to know our company, products, and technologies and willing to accommodate our change requests. Furthermore, they are very thorough when it comes to reporting. We communicate via several platforms eg: email, Slack, and Zoom calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was amazing to see how many problems they were able to solve without our help.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We would have preferred to move more quickly, but as an engineer, I was able to accept the constraints and choose to focus on producing a higher-quality product rather than one that was available more quickly.
