For what projects/services did your company hire Advancio Inc, and what were your goals?

Our startup company hired Advancio for QA and DEV services Our goals is to build an onsite energy platform.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The selection of the vendor was completed before my time at VECKTA.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

SOW > 1. QA includes manual testing, and now creating automated tests whereby VECKTA has coached our QA engineer. 2. Dev/Full stack engineer (Mariana) continues to deliver quality software, and masters all learning curves and overcomes all challenges she is given.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There are two people now.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Measurable outcomes: Mariana delivers her work on time every sprint.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We do not really experience project management from Advancio. However, all emails are answered promptly and efficiently.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ability to adapt to change, new tools, and blend with our current staff. Their full stack engineer has grown exponentially with gracious professionalism and technical aptitude. Mariana speaks up when she views areas we could improve on that are always spot on. Her code delivery is smooth, and her defect rate is low.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

QA Engineer needs more help in his automated tests. We are currently strapped to help him with our minimal resources in our start-up company.
