For what projects/services did your company hire Acumen Cognitive Engineering, and what were your goals?

We hired Acumen for developing Customer ERP in order to reduce our inventory carrying cost, an optimise Human Resource and materials resource plan.

How did you select this vendor?

They were recommended to us, we had 4-5 meetings with them and evaluated some projects they had executed.

The project was for our business. It was a mini ERP developed in React and Node technologies. We went through requirement definitions and monthly releases were given to us for feedback.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 2 people who worked with us, The project manager, and business analyst.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We provided written feedback for each release. There was no measurement metric from our side, they may have had internal metrics.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project management was excellent and highly proactive. Communication was always on and we were able to reach them every time, they reached out to us frequently as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We think they perfectly understood our requirements without us having to follow up or explain too much. The quality of people and their experience was very helpful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were very happy and satisfied, so we did not have any suggestions for them.
