We needed a technology partner to provide us with managed IT support, cybersecurity solutions, and cloud migration services.

What was the scope of work done?

Acordis provides us with managed IT support, including 24/7 monitoring, helpdesk services, and issue resolution. The team also provides cybersecurity solutions, such as firewall setup, threat detection, and employee training. Acordis also helps us with cloud migration and integration for enhanced scalability and remote accessibility.

For managed IT support, Acordis provides 24/7 remote and on-site support through a centralized helpdesk system. The team utilizes ConnectWise for ticketing and remote monitoring. Acordis also provides scheduled preventive maintenance and patch management.

For cybersecurity solutions, Acordis has deployed Fortinet and Sophos firewalls for perimeter security. The team has also implemented Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) with tools like CrowdStrike. Acordis has conducted phishing simulations and employee cybersecurity training.
