Acordis provides managed IT support, including 24/7 monitoring, help desk services, and issue resolution. The team also offers cybersecurity solutions, such as firewall setup, threat detection, and employee training. In addition, Acordis handles cloud migration and integration for enhanced scalability and remote accessibility.

For managed IT support, Acordis provides 24/7 remote and on-site support through a centralized help desk system. The team uses ConnectWise for ticketing and remote monitoring. Acordis also schedules preventive maintenance and patch management.

Regarding cybersecurity solutions, Acordis has deployed Fortinet and Sophos firewalls for perimeter security. The team has also implemented endpoint detection and response (EDR) with tools like CrowdStrike. In addition, Acordis has conducted phishing simulations and employee cybersecurity training.
