BACKGROUND

My organization created an online platform that runs all the services, events, and other areas that any business or startup requires.

Our business is involved with a lot of resources, including content, knowledge, events, business resources, people working in it, the workflow, and all those things. Finding all these resources in the country where we stay is really difficult and sometimes impossible in some areas.

We created an online platform where we can enable all these services, and people can reach out to anyone from any part of the country or world.

Currently, we’re developing one more module that will enable students to do internships in a form. By the time they graduate, they will either have a job, a project, a team, or maybe an investment to work on.

What challenge were you trying to address with Accrete InfoTech?

Accrete InfoTech has designed and helped me with IT services like designing and coding the portal. They also update a lot of work for me.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Accrete InfoTech design and develop software applications and online IT portals. They’ve followed all of the requirements I’ve told them.

Before the online portals, they first designed data and then developed the apps. They’ve also done various kinds of consultations for me.

In the first phase, I described to them what I wanted to do. They then provided me with proper documentation, a PDF format, and an Adobe file. We decided on the figures as well, and then they started designing my portal. It was a step-by-step process, and we were very clear.

What is the team composition?

The team consists of approximately three to four people. There is one designer, one developer, a project manager, and someone who took care of finances. While I worked directly with those people, they have a team of 10–15.

How did you come to work with Accrete InfoTech?

I came to know about the company when I came to India. I had a friendship with them, and I also saw their work but never considered working with an India-based team. Their members have studied abroad and had a clear knowledge of how to integrate international exposure. The inputs they gave me have actually helped me so much.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested somewhere around 1 million Indian rupees (approximately $13,400 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership with their team started in January 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Overall, it’s been a great experience. They’ve surpassed my expectations. I never expected the amount of time and effort they put in. This was a very new process for me because I just graduated and started my own business. Some things that I thought wouldn’t be possible, they made possible. They’re able to understand what we want.

Their communication skills are amazing. They were precise. I never faced any big development or design issues. Whatever small issues were there, they were sorted immediately after it was known to them.

How did Accrete InfoTech perform from a project management standpoint?

They have a good management team. I never had to call them and remind them that this task hasn’t been done. It was always done before the due date that they had provided me. I think the project was very well-managed financially. Starting from design and coding to development and documentation, everything was very good.

We use Google Analytics as the project management tool. For communication, we use WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and all of the communication platforms.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed with their development skills. I also think the way they manage is phenomenal.

Are there any areas they could improve?

A suggestion I would give is to expand their business and team. They’re already doing great with what they have. On a scale of 10, they are 10 out of 10. I think they need to expand their skills to grow their business.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Whatever they want, they should just contact Accrete. I think that they would definitely be able to do it. Their team understands customer requirements clearly. If anybody’s planning to do a project, they should at least discuss it with them to see what’s possible.
