I have been working with Accounts.guru for about 4 years now. They help been increditble with an array of things to simplify business processes. It has been such a relief to trust somebody with such an important part of my business that frankly I am not an expert in. They have maintained my quickbooks, organize expenses, prepare information to provide to my accountant to submit my taxes. In addition when I was looking to sell my business they helped to compile data and information for valuation. And other odd end tasks like preparing reporting for inventory consumption and rate of usage for projecting order quantities for future PO's. I am so grateful to have found them and would highly recommend them other businesses.

We were looking to integrate a new accounts payable platform with NetSuite, with minimal overlap between the old platform and new platform to avoid invoice / payment errors. A testing timeline was initially established, and once the tests were passed, the cutover to the new platform was completed. The Accounts.Guru team was instrumental in ensuring any "legacy" invoices from the old platform were paid in a timely manner while also starting to process "new" invoices in the new platform without delays.

Success was measured by how the new platform integrated properly with NetSuite and if invoices were processed / vendors were continuing to get paid in a timely manner. The project was successful overall

They handle all of our bookkeeping, including categorizing transactions, reconciling bank accounts, managing payroll, and making sure our 1099 contractors are set up and paid correctly. Each month they deliver clean financial statements and at year-end they prepare everything needed for taxes and work directly with our CPA. Key deliverables include: Monthly reconciliations & financial statementsPayroll and 1099 contractor supportQuarterly reports and year-end tax prep They’ve essentially become our outsourced finance team and have been WAY better than any US based team/service I've ever used in the past 25 years.

Our books are always current and accurate, payroll and 1099s run smoothly, and tax season is stress-free because everything is organized for the CPA. We now have reliable monthly financials that make it easier to track performance and make decisions.
