Hi,
I am Abdul Rafay currently working as a Project Manager and have an onsite experience of more than a year in the related field.
I have experience managing multiple projects related eCommerce, Brand websites, Portfolios, Property Listings and others

Coordination between resources and clients for the successful execution of projects and products, making sure that all projects are initiated and delivered timely, within scope, and client’s budget, develop a detailed project plan to track progress, establish and maintain relationships with third clients.

-Communicating with the International Clients over the calls (Zoom, Google meet, skype etc) to understand their business nature and needs before initiating the development.
-Creating technical workflows based on the requirements.
-Coordinating with the development and designing teams for a smooth implementation of the project.
-Communicating with the clients over the portals to demonstrate the progress of the work and getting their feedback.
-Performing a manual QA check for every module in order to ensure the quality of the product and rectifying the errors.
