Extremely responsive to emails.  Extremely thorough and in-depth analysis of the enterprises’ current challenges and pain points.  Open to exploring different avenues and options in order to provide a multitude of improvements in order to ease those pain points.  Cameras always on during meetings, professional and courteous.  They were extremely easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to jump right in and quickly gain knowledge of the industry, which can be extremely complex at times. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something 6IXSENSES could have done differently?

I think things went very smoothly.  They stayed in touch even after letting us know the time frame for the reimbursement was longer than usual.  They let us know that when one of their other clients received the funds that submitted around the same time as us.  Always was kept up to date.  I am not sure what they could have improved on.

We engaged 6ixsenses to perform a comprehensive evaluation under the Canadian Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) to assess our company's digital presence and technology solutions. This evaluation focused on identifying current challenges, particularly our complex tech stack.

Jason and Waruna from 6ixsenses provided in-depth insights by exploring multiple opportunities within our business. They engaged with our customers to build detailed profiles, identifying key areas for improvement and growth. Based on this, they proposed custom solution options to enhance how we interact with our clients and streamline operations.

Additionally, they conducted a thorough review of our marketing and advertising strategies. Their goal was to help us better align our efforts with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), ensuring that we target the right audience and communicate the unique benefits we offer to this specific client group.

We had a great experience with the project management at 6ixsenses. We were consistently kept informed about the status of our project at every stage of the pipeline. Any delays or changes to expectations were clearly communicated, which gave us confidence that our project was in capable hands.

Whenever we needed to discuss any items, their team was highly responsive, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

One area I would recommend for future engagements with 6ixsenses is to focus on setting clear expectations at the beginning, particularly around what is feasible. As ideas and solutions are explored, it would be helpful to identify early on what may not be realistically achievable.
