This iterative development ensured that we were constantly in the loop and could provide real-time feedback. Moreover, they emphasized transparent communication, especially in operational aspects like potential personnel changes. 

In the few instances where such changes were on the horizon, 5xRuby ensured that we were informed well in advance, which showcased their commitment to the project's continuity and our mutual collaboration.

Firstly, a more proactive approach in suggesting ideas to improve code quality would be beneficial. While it's essential to follow the client's directions, 5xRuby could have been more assertive in pushing back on coding directions they disagreed with, ensuring that the application was built on robust and efficient coding principles. 

Furthermore, providing more information and education about best practices for structuring code would have added an extra layer of value to their partnership, ensuring not just the application's functionality but also its long-term maintainability and scalability. 

Having said that, overall, we're happy with the work they produced.
