They made me a horrible looking website, and charged me $170 for a service they said would be free for the first month. Canceling the subscription has been a hassle and they have put me on hold, and told me to call back 3 times already to try to get that amount refunded.

I am the owner / Auto tech/mechanic of a company that provides mechanic services.

I hired them. When they called me and promised that within 7 days. From the first day that I would be getting calls from customers a lot more than normal. So I tried them for 2 months

I was wanting to up my customer call base. And that is what they said they would do within the first 7 days and I saw nothing. But they keep calling everyday even though I told them several times to cancel

What was the team composition?

They where. Not very business smart at all and not knowledgeable of what they where doing and they can't stand behind there words

I had no success at all with them. They did not do what they said they would do, and I will not advise anyone to use their services at all.

It was not effective at all there representives and managers was and is not wise on what they are doing at all

Nothing but lies the whole time

They have a lot of room for improvement in all areas. They make promises that they don't keep and one says one thing and the other says another they want to charge you for work that you already did yourself
