What challenge were you trying to address with 4040APPS?

We’re based in Switzerland but needed to find personnel based overseas because of cost.

What was the scope of their involvement?

4040APPS helped us find talent in Mexico that had expertise in the technology we needed. They also evaluated previous personnel, among other HR services. They adapted to our technologies and management system.

In total, we must’ve worked with six people over time.

How did you come to work with 4040APPS?

They were referred by another company we collaborated with in Mexico.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started our collaboration in June 2019. We’re currently on pause but expect to continue collaborating with them by the end of this year.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Finding personnel overseas had been hard for us before. Their team helped us find good quality talent very quickly. They also made us feel safe. We knew that the people they found were going to be highly skilled.

How did 4040APPS perform from a project management standpoint?

4040APPS has their own project management tool. But we needed to manage the team ourselves with the talent they brought us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their transparency is the most impressive.
