I am a starting podcaster. I own a podcast called NIGHT TALKS WITH MANDY. I run it alone at the moment.

3Techagency designed me a beautiful logo for my podcast that I really loved. They did a wonderful job and I definitely don’t regret working with them. They are very professional and handle their customers pretty well.

I wanted a new logo for my podcast and i got a really amazing one that I love so much.

I first saw them featured on the Business insider and i knew they are a trusted company. Then after a while I decided to hit them up and talk business.

Omce i selected we had a few talks on how i wanted my logo. They kept me updated on how my logo was coming through. We worked together on the logo made changes on what i didnt like and they perfected it.

What was the team composition?

Intially i only spoke to one person and all i know the did an amazing job.

Within the week of when i got my logo i got so many listerner on my podcats that i was overwhelmed.

It was quite flawless. They have an amazing customer service that i liked. We kept in touch through phone we talked once a week till they completed designing the logo. They kept their promise and i got my logo before the deadline.

I was impressed by their skills, impeccable customers service and also their ability to work in a short period of time.

Everything was done professionally i have no complaints about them or any area of improvement.

We needed to have a website to help us sell our products online, we had been selling offline for almost two years & now we needed to move our business online and leverage on the much audience out there.

The project started with a brief meeting with the project manager, we proceeded to developing a prototype of what we would expect then proceeded into the main development process. Our key deliverable were having an online store that would help us sell, fulfil orders & collect payments easily through Mpesa payment gateway integration.

A meeting was the first thing we did were we had a drawing board of the key deliverables we want which included a website for our clients to be able to place orders & payments ], PHP frameworks were used to develop the site, Mpesa & Stripe for payments & we used HubStaff as well to collaborate on meetings.

We worked with 2 web developers since our project wasn't so big.

We hired 3techagency to developed a site that would connect retailers & consumers under one place. Our goal was to connect businesses & their potential consumers.

We were recommended by their previous client who convinced us how good they are and that's what they turned out to be.

Started off with a brief meeting discussed what was to be done, after three weeks the design concept was delivered which we decided to proceed with as the main design for the website. We used woocommerce for retailers to list their products, payment gateways such as PayPal, Cards & M-pesa were also included.

We worked with the tech team of two full stack developers & a designer.

The deliverables were delivered accurately as we expected the website was a lifesaver for most retailers whereby almost 50 retailers signed up their businesses on the first week.
