Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder of Melotales, a consumer products and services company. We create custom and personalized songs for occasions and brand promotions, including ad jingles and unique gifts for events like birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries, capturing customers’ stories in their music.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with 3spacelabs?

I hired 3spacelabs to create an e-commerce service-based website for my company so that users could easily create perfect customized songs for their loved ones. I also wanted an admin panel to manage the orders and artist details.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

3spacelabs designed and developed the complete website for us and created a robust admin panel to handle all the orders, customers, and artists seamlessly. They also integrated payment and other APIs needed for the platform. The team handled the design, development, admin panel, frontend, and backend. They also tested and launched the platform.

We worked with 2–5 teammates from 3spacelabs.

How did you come to work with 3spacelabs?

I found them through an online search. I chose them because they were close to my geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, and they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from December 2024–February 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m able to handle orders seamlessly with Razorpay and Shiprocket integration. The website is easy to use, and customers can place orders from India and outside India. The processing time is better, and the navigation is easy. We’re also getting 60% more traffic.

How did 3spacelabs perform from a project management standpoint?

The project management was really good. They delivered the product on time and in a reasonable amount. They gave me updates on time, and everything was in order. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Aishwarya (Co-Founder & Project Manager) was amazing and able to handle the project efficiently. I always knew what we were building and what was happening on the project. There was no gap between the developers and the requirements.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any.
