• The project involved the development of a custom, scalable multi\-vendor marketplace, a marketplace focused on modest fashion and Caucasian inspired products for customers and sellers across Europe.
• The main scope of work included:  Development of the marketplace platform with a multi-vendor architecture, allowing multiple sellers to create and manage their own product listings, inventory, orders, and sales.
• Development of product categories, subcategories, attributes, size, colors, and product variants.
• Implementation of a multi-vendor shopping cart and checkout experience.
• Integration of payment functionality, including Stripe Connect, with marketplace commission management and seller payouts.
• Integration of shipping solutions, including Sendcloud, to support different delivery methods for sellers and customers.
• Development of seller and administrator dashboards for managing products, orders, customers, commissions, and marketplace activity.
•  Support for multiple languages, including French, English, and Russian.
•  Responsive design and optimization for desktop and mobile users.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The marketplace was successfully delivered with a smooth and fully functional user experience. The project included the implementation of the multi-vendor system, product catalogs, checkout process, Stripe payment integration, SendCloud shipping integration, and SEO optimization. The final platform met all of my requirements and exceeded my initial expectations, providing a scalable foundation for future growth.

Everything was done perfectly, both from a professional standpoint and on a human level. The quality of the work, professionalism, communication, patience, understanding, and kindness were all exceptional. I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience, and I genuinely have nothing I would have wanted them to do differently.
