I have a real estate agency in south of Spain, there is a big competitotiom, more than 1000 agencies working in Costa del Sol. I am the founder and director of the company with 5 sales persons, and support stafff ( graphic designer, photographer, arquitect )

We have a property listing website that works in spain. We have custom built plugin and needed more data from different APIs. We needed wordpress plugin developer as well as people who can work in all related fields

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I posted project on freelancer and talked to many people and chose them because of how clearly they understand the requirements

As I said we have custom plugin with data coming from many sites APIs and many things were needed to make listing work and sort. They worked very hard and made it work exactly as we wanted. Also other things like chat bots, communication, emails, etc...

I mostly worked with Zahid, CTO. then there is Mahnoor, Project Manager and couple of developers

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the new plugin my website became unique in the market, a lot of additional info about the price, the exact location etc. We have more and more leads through our website, a lot of positive feedback from our customers.

We communicate almost every day, i have new ideas, a little improvements and i just text by Whatsapp to Zahid - he replies usually within 1-3 minutes. He react quickly and efficiently, he has a lot of experts around him, so he can find solution to all kind of development. ( plugin, seo, automation etc)

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are professional, in the background a anormous intellectual capital and experience they have from all over the world. We're happy to work with professionals who can understand our needs and react quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have to improve my skills, because i realised that if i explain precisely what i want they understand immediately. The only problems happen when i cannot explain the problem what i need to solve. Zahid very professional and understand the the clients needs even if i do not know the technical expressions.
