Getting Visibility for our brand and increase sales of products.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Ranking on Google and increase the sales by 2X. Rudra is an outstanding guy and after meeting with him I understand he has the knowledge in technical things and I felt confident when I discussed my business with him.

For each location and category, we created pillar pages and content clusters. As Google's Algorithms changed, competition was high and the marketplace was dynamic. 2gether Digital Team met a mammoth task by meticulously implementing 50 keywords. We saw results after 3 months of planning, weekly reports, and continuous improvements.

We achieved amazing results and could expand our products Nationally and overseas too.

In order to communicate with Team members, they preferred Basecamp. Weekly reports used to be shared. It was decided on escalation metrics and a monthly call with the senior team made the whole process smooth and safe.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Insight into the latest updates. They truly provide great value for money. Identifying challenges and then dealing with them effectively.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The costing needs to be reduced. A balance between Google Adwords, Social Media Marketing, email marketing, and Whatsapp marketing. Marketing and sales automation tools integrated.

We wanted genuine leads that is why we had connected. But the provided us very poor quality leads of non education sector and wasted our money

From Social Media. And after the discussion with Rudrajit. He promised us lot of things he will deliver including SEO rankings and genuine leads.

When we discussed at the time of onboarding we thought they are very good at their work but after one month they were unable to show any result along with amount spent data

Before they onboard any client they should learn what is the deliverable and what is digital marketing

First, we made them aware of our challenges and let them understand how we deal with our clients. They brought new customers through PPC and social media. I was happy with the conversions and next, I decided to make it more visible to you brand, and now we are focusing on branding

We worked with an account manager, a digital marketer, a graphic design and a content writer.

We are satisfied with the ROI they provided, and we are now looking for brand promotion and they are almost going good.
