CTO of IT office in Foundation of National Engineers' Council is an in housing government agency.

For what projects/services did your company hire 20tab, and what were your goals?

We hire 20tab to develop a complex solution for a web application related to mandatory professional training.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We carried out research based on our needs and the software systems we already use for other applications. The match on skills was practically 100% and we started immediately

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We designed a web application based on FE + BE. The 20tab team has collected all the prerequisites and immersed in their agile methodology; so we started with 2 weeks sprints. The template is based on a fork of bootstrap developed by Italian gov. The frontend uses a fronted based on nodejs. The backend is django based web app + rest API. On top of all there is a OAuth2 SSO.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 9 people in the core team: 3 backend developer 3 frontend developer 1 designer 1 project manager 1 QA Our team has been included in the core team so the total number of people is 14.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We launched first berion of project after 3 months. It was an embrional version but with minimum requirements to start. The continuous development has brought the application to a very high level.

We have used many technologies to communicate and design software, many of them related to agile methodology.

With the 20tab team, we have designed, developed, and improved a platform necessary for our services. The top-notch expertise, the use of shared tools, and the high human quality have led to an exceptional result.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything was in accordance with our needs.
