Last July, I had an issue with our company website when making changes and updating our practitioners on our “About Us” page. There seemed to be a technical issue with the chosen template that our site was built on using Wordpress. I reached out to Michele at 13Core because I heard she was a Wordpress expert and was instructed she would be best suited to address my issues. Once, I met with her, she was able to fix the issue with the template and helped me additionally by adding another function to our website. This new function allowed us to house video testimonial from our clients. 
This was something our team had been discussing and working on internally. Michele was able to address our needs immediately. Not only did she fix the issue with the template, she also explained to us what was happening so we could understand what was going on. Her thoughtfulness and instruction was so helpful and adding the feature we had been wanting all at the same time allowed us to make changes quickly and effectively. We enjoyed working with Michele and 13Core and would highly recommend their services!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me the most was their ability to explain what was going on in terms that made sense to me. I was also impressed with how quickly they worked to resolve the issue I was having and their eagerness to help beyond my issue by helping add a new feature we were wanting.

Are there any areas for improvement or something 13Core could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind from the services we received. We were genuinely happy with the results and will utilize their services in the future.
