They were incredibly strong from the start. Our onboarding introduced us to our Senior PPC Analyst who has been consistent with us throughout. Its a great experience to be introduced to the person who will be guiding us along the way instead of being passed through several people at different steps in the beginning.

12 AM Agency has been prompt in their responses to us and find solutions for our proposed changes. Any questions we have are addressed quickly and with complete professionalism. I trust that we are making the right decision with any campaign management changes with them in charge.
