      For the most part, communication has been very straight to the point and direct, which we really appreciate. Not having to filter through a lot of business talk saves us a lot of time and makes sure we are able to address each problem or improvement that they raise. We use a JIRA board to track progress as we go. In addition, their tickets are incredibly detailed, which makes it easy to read through them and understand exactly what is going on.

If they said a developer was senior level, they were and they didn’t use junior developers and sell them as senior; they were above average.
