OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with AZinec?
We needed help with web development.
What was the scope of their involvement?
AZinec is our specialist in AngularJS, NodeJS, and React. They’re responsible for everything that has to do with our entertainment system. We’re enabling the frontend of the system and it allows passengers of aircraft to listen to music, watch movies, and play games. They’ve been developing everything customer-facing. One of our AZinec colleagues specializes in video player playback solutions and they’re the best on our team.
What is the team composition?
We had four workers before COVID-19, now there are only two.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in May 2016, and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve been very happy with their team. They’re reliable, skilled, and always lend their expertise when there are bugs in the system.
How did AZinec perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re very responsive, and we’re only one hour apart. They’re always helpful and available.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their reliability is great. Working with other companies was stressful because they had a high turnover. Our AZinec employees have remained faithful.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to work with them. They’ll be a good addition to your team.
