Our collaboration has spanned several projects with different goals.

How did you select this vendor?

I wasn't involved in the original vendor selection. The main selection criteria were depth of professional knowledge, ability to integrate with multinational teams, and ability to identify and supply resources according to our needs and within the adequate timeframe.

They have contributed to a long list of technical projects, including requirements documentation, solution design and development, and QA. They roll out software solutions and integrate services between components of our IT landscape. 

What was the team composition?

The size of their team varies, but their resources always play a pivotal role in our success. We always have developers, technical analysts, and QA analysts.

Their projects are valuable elements of our digital agenda. They have contributed to the standardization and modernization of our e-commerce tools.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Their project management is essential to our process.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I would certainly highlight their open cooperation and ability to identify and supply adequate resources for our projects. They show empathy toward and awareness of our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is almost nothing to point out. If I had to choose, I would suggest that they improve their technology coverage to match the specific needs of their clients.

BlackBelt is participating in both in-house and off-site/nearshoring projects.

What were your goals for this project?

We’re trying to develop several capabilities including remote access, privileged access management, telecommunications network configuration tools, and various integrations.

We made our choice based on their track record, sample projects, and flexibility.

BlackBelt’s responsibilities vary for in-house teams and nearshoring teams. On the in-house side, they’re providing development resources, integration/DevOps resources, solutions architects, testers, and test automation engineers. For nearshore projects, they’ve contributed a complete product area and tool development for cross-functional teams.

What was the team composition?

We’re working with over 30 resources made up of both cross-functional teams and individual contributors.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Project-specific results are confidential, but we’ve been working with BlackBelt for a few years, and we plan to continue doing so into the future.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

BlackBelt handles project management for the nearshore teams, and we complement that with our own program management. We provide project management for our internal teams as well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their local presence, flexibility, and ability to grow quickly are outstanding.

No, not that I’ve seen.
