I’m a business analyst for MacDon Industries. We manufacture and sell farm equipment to dealers around the world.

For what projects/services did your company hire Zwebra Web Studio Inc.?

Our e-commerce website’s customer portal and product configurator needed an update. We engaged Zwebra Web Studio Inc. to redesign and develop our site’s configurator tool.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to end our dependency on an outdated framework. We also wanted to update our look and feel to a more modern and intuitive design and to add frequently requested features.

Zwebra Web Studio Inc. provided web design and frontend web development for our new configurator tool. We provided their team with a concept and rough mockup. They then created multiple alternative designs and wireframes. Once we selected the design, we gave it to Zwebra Web Studio Inc.’s web developer. The final product went through a full review by the QA team and was then implemented by our internal integration team.

We have yet to publicly launch the tool due to external factors, but Zwebra Web Studio Inc. met all requirements. We’ve never used an outside vendor for web design and development, and we’re highly satisfied with our collaboration.

I’m the director at Liftoff Capital, an online service that connects entrepreneurs and investors.

What challenge were you trying to address with Zwebra Web Studio Inc.?

We needed a company that could cost-effectively build our web platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave them our requirements, and they mapped out a timeline for the build, including how many pages it would take. They even took our budget and showed us how we could spend less for the same quality. Over 12 months, they created the algorithms and built out the final product. We were highly engaged in the project. writing a lot of the text for the web-based platform. It works on every phone and operating system, and we plan to build an app within the year. They now provide updates, manage SEO, and make changes as we give feedback.
