I’m the CEO of Atlas Expert, a real estate property evaluation company across Romania and for the banking industry.

What challenge were you trying to address with ZONKWAVE?

We needed help developing a large software to fully automate my company's activity and increase employee efficiency by using digital products.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ZONKWAVE has developed the main Atlas Expert software and a SaaS version of it. For both software, they've handled everything, from infrastructure development and product architecture to interfaces, API integrations, and backend code.

What is the team composition?

We've worked with 6-10 teammates from ZONKWAVE.

How did you come to work with ZONKWAVE?

Someone referred ZONKWAVE to me. I chose them over other options because they were close to my geographic location, offered good value for the cost, and had company values aligned with mine.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we've spent $200,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in October 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

ZONKWAVE's team consistently shows the project's progress after each verification meeting we have. The main outcome is that my employees have increased their activity and productivity by around 20% since the software's release in October 2025. Before, I was already tracking how many reports my colleagues were doing each day. On average, they were somewhere between 8 and 10 reports. Now, they deliver 13–14 reports each day. Moreover, my clients are viewing the reports I issue through the software as more professional, complex, and good looking. Before, I was sending reports using Excel and Word conversion to PDF. Now, the report is created by pulling information from many areas of the software. It doesn't have spelling or alignment errors, and the data is always consistent. Most of the clients have told me that the new reports look really good and that they love how the content is presented.

How did ZONKWAVE perform from a project management standpoint?

ZONKWAVE has delivered on time. There have been some minor delays, but I guess that's because this has been a very large project. Our scope of work couldn't be well defined before starting the work, and we've kept adding new features throughout the project. However, they've handled everything on time, with no more than 5–10 days of delay. We communicate via in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to understand my business is impressive. It's a very technical and specific area of real estate, and understanding all the margins, formulas, and calculations isn't easy.

They have a 24-hour customer support service and are very responsive. We had one big deadline with having the website done before a big conference we were attending. It was a rush to meet that deadline and they had to pull additional bodies to get the work done. Regardless, it was done on time.

They are always thinking of ways to make what you have better. I provided the outline and they are very good at filling in the creative gaps.

Our companies used a single server for sites and email. Zonk moved each site (3 sites) to different servers. He also moved the email domain to a different server. He rebuilt all these sites on higher protection software. It cleaned the email server of viruses and reconfigured it to superior software.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After starting the sites we had an 80% increase in traffic and a 40% increase in revenue provided through the main page. I had no problems blocking the email server. Customers praised the new design We had daily stand-ups with their project manager, who comunicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time.

I'm the marketing and community manager at Vastint Group an international real estate organisation with 30 years of experience.

For what projects/services did your company hire ZONK Digital?

First project for which Zonk Digital was contacted is the update of one of our websites: www.tnsquare.ro. The project evolved with additional services: SEO for the same website, additional pages, maintenance of the Wordpress, Direct emailing campaigns ( setting and design), other additional services: creation of emails, Google MyBusiness account administration and Google Adds campaigns.

In August we added also: SEO, additional page in website and direct emailing campaign for www.businesgarde.eu/bucharest website and Google Add campaign.

What were your goals for this project?

For the TImpuri Noi Square the main goal was to have a functional and updated website. Also, to start communicating with the people in the office project through the email campaigns. Corporate wise, we wanted also to raise the awarness of the brand Timpuri Noi Square through the SEO & Google Adds. For Business Garden Bucharest the goal is the start building a community using the email marketing campaigns, also build up the brand with the Zonk team.

SOLUTION

How did you select ZONK Digital?

Based on a short research on the internet, and also because i needed 3 offers for my digital pitch. They had the best implementation timing and the most detailed offer, and answered in time for me to finalise the pitch.

Describe the project in detail.

Timpuri Noi Square was a little behind with all that meant wordpress updates and functionalities, also licenses, because of a maternity leave of a former colleague, so the first thing was to start updating all the information, add licenses & Google maps, and to create a direct emailing format ( for the NL).

All the additional request came after the team started working and realised that a lot of functionalities were wrongly done by the team that created the website, the Zonk team always came with good solutions in order to solve all the issues encountered. Also, after a good collaboration, we decided to extend to the second website project.

What was the team composition?

For the projects that we collaborated until now, the team was composed of Octavian ( the general manager) that is a great problem solver, by the way, and a curios ITst, Daniel, Senior Webmaster as he calls himself that was my all day & all problems support, and Tudor, a great web developer, always there to fix the mailchimp issues and the in page bugs encountered.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

First of all, on point website, for Timpuri Noi Square with additional functionalities, that really work. Amazing results from our SEO campaign, and a good communication with the tenants through the email marketing campaigns.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Extremely good workflow and communication, the guys were always there when I needed them to do something or to help me with and advice, although it wasn;t in their contracts tasks - like advice on social media, or different bugs that did not involve their job.

Also, fast implementation of the tasks, and really respectful and nice guys always ensuring themself they have everything done and things are well understood.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Team spirit first of all, also the "we can solve anything attitude" that was very impressive. They always came with good and fast solutions, for my tasks. They had everything researched before our calls and meeting and went the extra mile to have things done in time.

All was fine.
