I’m the CEO of Trademean Corporation, a cake, gift, and flower delivery portal for all over India.

I needed someone to develop my website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zestra Technologies built my website from scratch and maintain it. They help with many small changes I need, including handle all the design and development. We’re running on AWS. Their team also does my SEO. I had already done keyword research but they do offer it.

They started on my mobile app but I put it on pause for right now because I’m not in a hurry. It will eventually be available for both iOS and Android.

I coordinate with the owner. I don’t know how exactly many are on the team.

We have invested $3,000.

We started working together in June 2019 and it's ongoing.

The site is working totally fine, and the number of conversions is increasing. I’m impressed with their service. They give us support any time of the day.

How did Zestra Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Zestra Technologies usually meets the deadlines. There was a case when there was a medical emergency and they were delayed only for 24 hours.

Our teams have phone calls and use WhatsApp to communicate. We live in the same city so we sometimes meet face-to-face and discuss the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re flexible with the working hours in case of emergency or urgency. They will make themselves available early in the morning and late at night.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Zestra Technologies is growing fast. Sometimes their team size is smaller, they could expand the team size and hire more people.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Hire them. They’re very nice. You have to explain the specifics of what you want. They work professionally but you also need to be a professional client.
