After having a session with zenesys, the shuffled through several ideas and migration was the solution on which we mutually landed. From the legacy software Sitecore on which the website was initially made on, we migrated to Kentico. It resolved the license issue and made it very cost effective. Kentico helped the website to perform excellently and made it easy navigable.

They also used OLOAPI and Snowflake and they also integrated the order menu. They also rectified the glitches of GPS location tracker and revamped it. It was easy for your customers to easily track their order and communicate with the delivery partner. Zenesys also focused on making the web application SEO friendly.

We worked with Zenesys for 18 months on a major redesign of our website. Although the project started well, it soon disintegrated with very significant frustrations such that we ended the relationship in November 2021 after several months of them overpromising, poor communications, never meeting deadlines considering we hired the company as our full-time developers and inadequate visibility of progress in the developments.

We signed a contract to work with a new web development company to begin work January 2022, Zenesys said they'd work with the new dev company to handover all of our technical aspects. Zenesys didn't provide a handover of the code and the project was not carried out as they had promised it would be. They had no documentation to pass on to our new devs which is a basic requirement from a professional development company.

After a frustrating month of us chasing them to communicate with our new devs to pass everything over, old versions of our code were provided with no history, that was not accessible to the new developers meaning when our new devs deployed changes on our website that we requested it kicked off previous work Zenesys had done for us in the past. Our new dev team had to redevelop many parts of the code and so we have had to pay a second time to carry out large developments of work that was lost.

In the light of the unprofessional delivery by Zenesys, it became apparent they do not keep best practice in mind for their customers web development projects, as we do not have a good knowledge of Kentico in house we trusted them to manage our website and left it in such a state our new developers had to spend hours trying to understand how the code had been developed as Zenesys had bodged and hard coded most of the site skipping corners on best practice.

They were asked to remove my testimonial on the home page of their website and the listing of us as a client. Three months later my testimonial is still showing prominently. This is not acceptable particularly for a web developer claiming to provide exemplary quality and customer service. My recommendation is to steer well clear. I am not able to provide anything other than a very unfavourable review of their work. I am happy to connect with anyone considering using Zenesys to provide more details.

Zenesys shared all coding related files with us last month for the final testing from our team. Earlier, we were using manual system to operate our business operations and this really helped us to migrate all bookings, driver's and customer's details to the online platform.

They had a quite impressive working style. Besides, the project manager was handling several projects at the same time but never failed our expectations. They truly wanted happy clients, and it was visible in their work.

The overall communication with their team was outstanding, they share all the daily progress reports. Zenesys assisted us in building RPA to help in our client's patient flow. They tied in all the registrations from our website and used that information with Uipath to permit us to have the automation log all the patients we got from our registration portal into our electronic medical record system.

The overall time it takes for automation to entirely log a patient is now changed to one minute per submission, which eliminates around 3-5 minutes of data entry time compared to manual entry. The automation delivery has saved our client's time and everyone was satisfied with the work and it freed them up to a great extent.

Zenesys experts did a splendid job. They were available every time and when we faced certain issues over the weekend, the project manager was available to assist us and fixed our issues quickly. We connected through video calls and emails.

Using Shopify, Zenesys constructed an online store and produced an app to enhance its usability. The store was created using our designs, but the app was entirely original. They have used HTML, CSS, and SQL to complete front- and back-end tasks.

As soon as the website was launched, we received positive feedback from everyone who said that it was very attractive and professional. We were also thrilled that they had provided a website free of problems and with everything functioning as it should.

Following some preliminary discussions with Zenesys' owner, we opted to work with them because they met all of our requirements. Zenesys was able to automate a difficult procedure based on a continually changing UI of one of the firms with which we collaborate. Zenesys' RPA has automated one of our time-consuming internal processes, allowing us to save a significant amount of time. We enjoy working with them because they are intelligent and straightforward individuals. We can see they're serious about what they're doing.

Zenesys has also done an excellent job of giving information on the hours worked and reducing sales chatter, which is common in huge corporations. They always go right to work on the project, which is great for us because we're just paying for actual work when we pay by the hour. We have a common MS Team for communication, which has worked out pretty well.

Based on cost comparisons and their personnel, we chose Zenesys. We saw right away that they were a smaller company with lower overheads when we met them. The method involves fewer individuals, which is ideal for our purposes. Other organizations may require more studies and analysis before beginning work, but that is not the case with us. We simply want to complete the task at hand.

Overall, I am pleased with the team. They were quite helpful in terms of technology and functionality. The unavoidable coding difficulties (bugs) were quickly and painlessly resolved. The programme has been put into production, and the assistance from the team has been outstanding.
