I appreciate their team and ownership seem to genuinely care about the work they do, and how they contribute towards their client's success. Something we lacked in our previous 2 experiences with cloud accounting firms. They are also very accessible when needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zenbooks could have done differently?

Be a bit more flexible upfront with customized pricing solutions - with an in-house finance person, we had "unique needs" in terms of all the services we needed or didn't need. It took some time to hone in on the correct package for us, but we did get there.

Yes, 90%+ of the time. The only time things were delayed was when payroll would fall on a day that the person assigned to my account does not work (Fridays), which has definitely caused some issues. As we grow and build this business, we won't be able to accept that a Friday be an off day if that is a payroll day - it ends up falling on me to do payroll in those circumstances.

The person assigned to my account (Beata) is HIGHLY accountable and capable. I super appreciate their consistency and how much I can trust them with the things I need.

As mentioned in the question before - right now, the assigned representative does not work on Fridays, which in the beginning wasn't really an issue, but is now becoming an issue as we grow, and people really expect to be paid on a Friday when the payroll period lands on that day. Otherwise, everything has been great.
