I think they are busy and they are juggling resources. IF you can have enough demand to lock in resources fulltime, delivery is more consistent.

We selected them after conducting a phone interview and speaking with their references.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
Zealous System created an app that allows customers to create detailed part orders and submit requests for quotation (RFQs). Machine shops then bid on the RFQ to do the work. We’ve done an early release, but the project is still ongoing.
What was the team composition?
They've assigned a project manager, a technical lead, and a developer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Since we’re still in the early stages of our release, it’s difficult to provide any metrics yet. But Zealous System has met my goals and expectations so far.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
We use an online project management tool called Redmine as well as GitHub. Every week, we have online meetings. So far, we haven’t had any significant issues with the time difference or language.

I’m impressed by their design, technical expertise, and availability.

Although the project manager and technical lead have sufficient English skills, we’ve had some language challenges with the developers.
