I’m the CEO of Kendall Development, an SEO and web design services company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Zarego?

We needed to develop an AI tool for a pharmacy chain.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zarego developed an entire app for an AI skin care specialist that can give recommendations and routines based on customer input in the software. This is a mobile, tablet, and web app that was constructed to establish the foundation of something bigger, where this AI skin care specialist will also be able to recommend other products in the future. The app handles a very large database of multi-set products, pricing, product descriptions, and many other things. It combines this with the user input to provide a final result with a skin care routine tailored for the client’s needs and budget.

They handled the entire process from A to Z.

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Zarego.

How did you come to work with Zarego?

We found them on LinkedIn. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from October 2025 to June 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve provided deliverables on time every time. We haven’t deployed the app to the public yet, but we’re testing it internally in our company and with VIP customers. The app performs smoothly, with no lag, glitches, or issues. It’s currently measuring everything without problems.

How did Zarego perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered what they promised, and they overdelivered. They’ve delivered the project before the expected time. We communicate via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their work ethic and friendliness are impressive. They’re also able to explain really technical stuff in a way that a 7-year-old can understand.

Built the frontend for our cusomers to create an account, go through the steps of applying for an account and recieve the information needed for a smooth process.  Integration with our KYC vendor to verify identity and address and perform ofac checks.

We run a small but nice art gallery in Germany and wanted to go online with a store. When we approached Zarego, we already had a nice web design, but many technical implementation problems that our previous developer wasn't able to solve. We asked Zarego to relove all technical problems we faced, to bring the website and store in line with European data protection regulations and to help us with maintenance after going online.

Zarego quickly managed to fix all the bugs and technically implement the site the way we wanted it.The team was very responsive and always communicated transparently about different options available to solve one problem or another. We also liked that they assigned a main contact person to our project among their team members, which made the workflow very efficient.

Given their geographic location and ours, work was done over night and issues were resolved already by the next morning.

We have no recommendations for improvement. We are satisfied with the work they did and will continue working with them.
