Are there any areas for improvement or something ZanReal Labs could have done differently?

Overall, our experience with ZanReal Labs (via Mateusz) was very positive. If there’s one area with potential for refinement, it would be around adapting communication style based on the audience. Mateusz’s deep technical background is a huge strength, but in some cases, especially with non-technical stakeholders, simplifying language or offering clearer context earlier in the conversation would have helped streamline discussions and decisions.

That said, he was always open to feedback and adjusted quickly when this was pointed out, so even this was more of a learning curve than a persistent issue.
