Yudiz Solutions' work is amazing. The breeding app is subscription-based, and it already has 151 downloads. I only had to do very cursory testing before launching the app because it was so good, and it has had no crashes since its launch. Yudiz Solutions is extremely reactive when I have a problem. Their attention to detail is outstanding, and I'd highly recommend them.
The team is also very responsive, even with the time difference, because they're in India and I'm in the UK. Even on weekends, they'll pull resources to help me out when something is critical for me. In exchange for that support, they know they have my loyalty. I'll always work with them — they're my chosen partner.
How did Yudiz Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management is second to none. They set milestones and consistently deliver early. When they call for a team meeting or a quick meeting for clarification, they're always on time. If I want to talk to them, they always accommodate me.
We use Basecamp for project management; every time they update us about the progress, I get an alert, so I'm always well-informed. As for communication, we use WhatsApp as our fastest channel, and our meetings are via Zoom. At first, I worried we'd have a language barrier. However, we've had no problems at all.

Additionally, the team has been great at reducing bugs in the apps. Since we couldn’t hire a QA team due to our budget, we tested the app ourselves before going to market and experienced many bugs in the beginning. I give Yudiz Solutions full credit on getting used to the app and understanding its ins and outs, given that they didn’t build it from scratch, and they’ve continued the code from a previous provider.

We use Jira for project management, where we set tasks that we update every two weeks. Yudiz Solutions has a tech lead who manages their developers, and we have a project manager on our side. As for communication, we use Slack, Google Meet, email, and sometimes Trello for the designers.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Yudiz Solutions is professional and responds quickly if there’s any problem. Their backend developer is amazing; he controls the app and saves us time, which is a big part of why we continue our relationship with Yudiz Solutions.
Additionally, they didn’t increase their fees due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While many companies changed their contracts, Yudiz Solutions has kept their contract from 2020, which is great.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could use a productivity tracker to inform us how many hours the developers are working to help me control the project. I’m busy with other sides of the business and often multitask, so I would appreciate it if Yudiz Solutions could email us a monthly or weekly report to know how the developers are doing and who’s losing time or browsing other sites.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would highly advise working with Yudiz Solutions; they’re professionals at problem-solving.

I’m the CEO of a custom software company and in order for me to maintain my clients I need outside help. Yudiz’s solutions have helped me in so many ways ranging from development conversations to even marketing ideas.

We attempted to do a bunch of new block chain development as well as maintaining current projects and all work had goals in mind and Yudiz solved all of them.

I selected this vendor on a hunch, gave them a trial project and they did such an amazing job that I haven’t stopped using them since.

Extremely transparent and organized. I start my day everyday by looking at usually a video they send on progress and am met on Skype with several updates daily.

I needed help with developing my clients’ solutions.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Yudiz Solutions is my development partner. They do anything from mobile app development to website development. They mainly focus on the mobile app part. I’ve developed over 10 mobile apps with them. They take care of generating APIs, dashboards, etc.
I sit down with them and we create a work plan of what we’re doing. I meet with my client, give them a potential solution, and they give me the pricing. I then go back to Yudiz Solutions with what the client needs and they give me a solution.
I have in-house developers for some projects except mobile apps. My in-house developer is developing the web app and the whole database structure, and Yudiz Solutions comes in and I tell them what I want on the iOS side.
They develop the UI/UX and the API, and they do what the client needs. For the past months, we’ve been going back and forth with the client with testing and enhancements. We started with phase one and now we’re starting phase two which is the enhancement process.
My customer is a ladder inspector, and we developed a web app that connects to their main system. The API that we have between the app and the web app is what Yudiz Solutions did for us. We’re developing in Swift, the native iOS language. The API and structure are being developed in Laravel.
What is the team composition?
I started working with Rajesh (CTO) initially. Typically, I deal with their project managers.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $60,000 on the current app. I have a potential $80,000 worth of projects that they’re helping with at the moment which started in February 2020.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in July 2013, and the work is ongoing.

I've worked with my fair share of bad developers. I’ve stuck with Yudiz Solutions because they’re very professional and deliver quality work. One of the apps that they developed for me has been downloaded over 1 million times.

There are no problems, and their English is fluent. We work a lot via Basecamp. There’s a lot of transparency and detailed information.

Be very detailed. My problem is I have a lot of things in my head and I expect people to understand me. Don’t leave out details. There are common sense things that people understand and there are other things that you need to express.

The site looked exactly what we wanted; they gave us a really beautiful website. We’ve had really great feedback as well; people love the look and feel. It’s very user friendly.
From our perspective, we’re able to do what we need on the backend. Our reports on SEO have been positive as well.

They were very forthcoming and communicative. On top of that, they were open to constructive criticism and feedback. Everything we wanted done, they did without questions. They worked very hard to deliver what we wanted.
Mostly, we used email for day-to-day communication. Then when it came to the website, we used Basecamp. Then we had meetings on Skype.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was impressed by their patience and responsiveness. If we didn’t like something, they would change it, no questions asked. We never had an argument with them and they were very polite. They were wonderful to work with.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Perhaps between presenting the design and building the site, they could have given us a little style guide. Other than that, they were great.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be prepared because they work fast and hard. If you’re not prepared, your project is going to take a long time, but it will be your own fault. They’re very professional and so they work efficiently. Get all your documents ready ahead of time.
