I'm the senior director of engineering at Measure Practice Management, a medical company. We provide an all-in-one practice management platform for ABA professionals, streamlining scheduling, billing, invoicing, payroll, and analytics to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire YenDigital to accomplish for MeasurePM?

We aimed to develop a feature-rich, graph-based product designed to support patients undergoing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. The product was intended to provide meaningful visual insights into patient progress, enabling therapists and caregivers to monitor outcomes effectively and make data-driven decisions to improve therapy results.

What was the scope of their involvement?

YenDigital designed and developed a feature-rich, graph-based product to support ABA therapy. The team implemented interactive graphs and visualizations to track patient performance, behavioral patterns, and progress over time. They enabled effective monitoring and analysis of therapy outcomes through data-driven reporting.

YenDigital developed functionalities to help therapists and caregivers evaluate treatment effectiveness and identify areas requiring additional support. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

YenDigital provided an excellent working environment and placed a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality, bug-free solutions. The overall development experience was very positive. The team handled all change requests professionally and supported us effectively throughout the project knowledge transfer process. Their collaborative approach, commitment to quality, and professionalism make YenDigital a great partner to work with again in the future.

Moreover, the data collection timers feature was improved, which resulted in an accurate graph of therapy progress. Data reporting was faster than before, and multiple filters were added. The end users liked the UI a lot, and their day-to-day work improved a lot.
