We haven’t launched the product yet, so the impact will be visible post-launch. However, from a project perspective, the delivery speed and turnaround time were very impressive. We’re aiming for a January launch, and based on the progress so far, we’re quite optimistic. We will reach out to you by then to see if there is any support and also to give you feedback on the progress.

The project was managed well. Deliverables were shared promptly, and the team quickly understood our requirements. The UI team really outdid themselves; they grasped the brief perfectly and executed it with precision.

The UI presentation could have been a bit more engaging. More attention to how the designs were presented would have elevated the overall experience even further.

• We achieved a 0% complaint rate after the Yellow Slice team designed an internal module that did not exist before. The platform's user experience improved, making it more intuitive and easy to navigate. 
• The language was simplified, and the interface is now much more aesthetically pleasing and far more functional than before.

Yellow Slice designers delivered the project on time despite the tight project timeline. There were in-between calls and daily updates at every step of the process.

Ability to break it down in very simple words for us. Technical. This is the issue; this is where we are. 

The most impressive quality of the design team was their ability to break it down into very simple words so that we could understand the technical jargon. 

It was commendable to describe the issues they faced and their strategy to explain how they would solve them. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Yellow Slice could have done differently?

I can’t think of any negative feedback for Yellow Slice, which is a compliment. I’m from an agency, so I know it’s very rare for the client to not find any areas of improvement in the agency. 

However, I suggest hiring a few people who speak regional languages. For instance, Akhil could understand Tamil to a certain extent. Hence, he was of immense help when we were writing content in Tamil. 

Having more people like that would help the UI UX writing process immensely.

The project management, led by multiple team leaders, was highly effective and commendable. The best part was the quick availability of the team and their prompt response to scheduling calls which demonstrated a proactive and responsive approach to meeting our needs.

What stood out most was their meticulous documentation process. Every conversation, even a brief 5-minute call, was promptly summarized with MOM sent to us.

The handover document was exceptionally well-drafted, capturing details comprehensively, right down to small icons. Additionally, the quick availability of the team to schedule calls whenever I needed was commendable. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Yellow Slice could have done differently?

One area for improvement could be enhancing the research during the design phase, there was an expectation for more proactive sharing of references which was not met.

Furthermore, as a client, I believe a better understanding of the designers' backgrounds, including their past projects, portfolios, and insights into the designers' expertise beforehand, would contribute to a more informed collaboration and client confidence.

Almost 3 months have passed since the app was launched in July, before Ganpati festival, and the registration has increased. There are metrics which significantly got increased but we are still measuring and will share soon,

We feel the project management was in good hands, and the response time was excellent and quick. The designers were knowledgeable, and they knew what they were doing. 

Although the UI elements were delivered slightly late, they lacked the uniqueness that should have been there. The Yellow Slice team suggested insightful nudges that could improve the design's UI UX.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

In Fintech projects, user research is very difficult because people hesitate to share how many assets they hold. Yellow Slice took a good two months but did their research really well by conducting it anonymously. Research part is really helping us till date, very effective for us. 

UX writing was also really good; the tonality and the proper usage of journey words helped users to understand our product in detail 

Yellow Slice designers had some unique suggestions on what sort of product we can create that is not already on the market, where we can improve, where our competitors lack and how Augmont can become a pioneer in the fintech market. 

They proposed creating a marketing tool through which an agent can create a custom marketing message and send it to the customer. This idea was also well executed in the wireframes.

The UI team could have improved their performance, but overall, we are happy with our experience after working with Yellow Slice.

The team is very customer-centric; they were attentive to what I wanted. I love their culture, how they uphold their value in their work, and their engagement with me throughout the duration of my project. It took time to get used to and comfortable with the project, but their willingness and effort to adapt quickly kept me going.

The logo design was a little delayed, but their end result was amazing. I also commend the graphics team for the illustrations. Omkar did a great Job.

I would have appreciated getting the design system earlier than the delivery date or, better still, a partial update to help with the implementation of the design. However, the Handoff between the YS team and my development team went well. I am also suggesting a standard operating procedure to lay down the project communication and management process.

To start with, the investor was pleased with the new design; we could feel the enthusiasm and eagerness to move forward with the funding. We hope this will attract more investors and businesses, so this is an indication that the design was successful.

Overall, I’d say they were ready to attend to me; however, it was a bit later than expected due to little issues like iterations. Communication between the team was good but they could enhance more.

We’re very proud that Feltive was one of the five startups selected to demonstrate their solutions and applications at FICCI Frames 2024, a massive media and entertainment event held in March. We presented Feltive in an open forum and received positive feedback. 

 Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

It took time, for sure, quite a few iterations from a design perspective and from an understanding and knowledge perspective. But the team eventually got it, and they did a good job. I believe you need the founders to get things right; that is my experience. The team always does a great job, for sure, but to get things in direction, channel the thoughts, and understand the domain, the founders' involvement is always important and critical. And here, to some extent, Kishor was available whenever there was a need.
