We submitted the proposal and budget and Yaali Bizappln Solutions met the requirement. Looking at their successful track record, we decided to go ahead and hire them as our programmer

They developed, design and configure the system. Once we approve the workflow of the project, they proceeded with the development. Since they have experienced developing such program , the development did not take long. Improvement and correction were made whenever requested.

Ive been commununicating with 2 of them. Both of them follow up and update me of the progress.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
The development of the project was done on time as per schedule. We are very satisfied. Should there be any delay for the progress, it was indeed from our side. This system has tremendously improve our workflow for Sales Department which in turns save time and money for the company.

Our product and the overall structure was/is bespoke and as such was not able to be facilitated with existing products/services. In addition our use of Zoho enabled a more integrated experience and contributed to this decision.

The goals were to enhance efficiency improvements and allow for cost-savings across the business while effectively providing the same paid services as before.

A tender bid was submitted via Zoho and Yaali provided a quote. Overall 3 providers were considered with Yaali satisfying our overall requirements.

The size of the team required roughly three people out of an unknown quantity (as my correspondence was limited to specific individuals). On occasion Zoho was consulted directly for assistance with some technical requirements.

Project management was arranged in an agile format with agreed milestones before commencement. Yaali were supremely efficient and responsive to all feedback and requirements as the project progressed.
