The project covered the design, development, and implementation of a customized CRM platform for Spare Parts Solution, supporting industrial spare parts sales, sourcing, and custom manufacturing requests. The platform centralized customer and supplier information and managed the workflow from the initial request for quotation (RFQ) through costing, quotation, order processing, and delivery tracking.

The project established a centralized CRM for tracking customer enquiries, supplier offers, quotations, and orders. Progress and success were assessed through measurable indicators, including:

The CRM provided a consistent basis for monitoring these indicators. Numerical improvements would need to be confirmed by comparing CRM reports with pre-implementation data.
