Developing an open data portal for one of the governmental entities in UAE, where we utilzied wordpress to build a custom dynamic web interface to showcase knowledge based info about the dataportal plus a dynamic section to represent data sets in a user friendly manner where RAW CSV data is being represented in tables and chart views.

The project managment went really smooth, there was a dedicated project delivery manager with a supervisor working closely with NIM digital project manager. 

XY identified the project milestones and split them into workpackages and define the due dates for each milesotones following an agile methadology.

the project was delivered on time and responded to the feedback and addressed all the comments and update requests that are within the scope.
