Asia I.T. Component business: The company started humbly about 15 years ago by supplying laptop parts and laptop repair services. Then about 5 years ago, we acquired a totally new business, which is high quality solar lights, the Akira Solar. The full range of Akira Solar includes garden lights, street lights, flood lights and more. We differentiate our products from competitors with much higher quality and longer warranty.

Good quality LED light component and LiFePO4 Li-ion Cells to ensure energy saving and durability. We introduce our products with facts; NOT to deceive customers with fake numbers. Absolutely no recycle material in the products. To maintain integrity and customer-first concept is our main theme.

For project management they used tool called "ASANA" which was pretty user friendly i must say. We have frequent scrum meetings to complete projects. They were outstanding with communications.

Initially, We had first meeting at office and I presented my idea to them . Then they provided us prototype of our idea and we agreed on contract. They used native android technology and backend they used PHP.

Delivery were great. we had meeting each week for progress. We have launched it just now so outcomes still not sure.

We had weekly meetings over zoom for updates and then give me progress report and next week schedule.

They kept patience with the change requests. They understand basic requirement and execute it.

They can increase their technology stack specially in backend as PHp is more common now.
