We found them after days of searching via google. They had quick response and reassurance that this could be done. We had less than 10 emails before everything was agreed.

We already had the multi vendor platform ready however we were lacking the last step which was a voucher platform that can show a customizable page I wanted, including the QR code which can only be scanned by vendors.

After exchanging less than 10 emails, they agreed to do it for a set fee, with 50% first and 50% after it was completed.

The customization of PDF Voucher plugin was completed one month, as they have agreed. It was very fast, and they were extremely responsive to my requests of colors, text and design.

Our customer traffic has significantly increased. We have been also been receiving more orders from pages that had the new and better interactive setup.

We had daily - weekly meetings depending on the urgency of each task. We communicate via slack for quick messages, hold meetings on zoom for more intensive meetings and we use trello to assign new tasks and to track each task's progress.

They are very knowledgeable about Web Development and are able to advise us on the right setup to make our site function well. They are also very creative and skilled with custom interactive functions. So they were able to get all our deliverables done correctly.

So the new voucher product sales will create only 1 voucher code for each purchase with the same code on coupons as default flow.

Due to this functionality, the partial redemption will not work and we would not be able to implement this as a part of the main plugin where other customers are already using it as their daily resource.

Hope you can understand the situation you can leave this on the idea portal and we can consider having this implemented to the main plugin according to the follow-up it receives. This took about 30 Hours of work effort we can make it as soon as possible we receive the invoice processed, for 30 hours you can consider the job for 4.5 days as for this estimation.

Integrated the custom development work into their core-code plugin rather than having to install a separate/another plug-in, it would be nice to have this enhancement available for all users of the plugin, etc.
