We found them on internet in a specialized Web. The post was about comparison between different companies that offer the solutions we were looking for. We contact 4 companies of the comparison list. The fast communication and the final solution the offer was what convince us to choose them.

We needed a customized solution to sell vouchers in a ecommerce store. In the first stage, they build and deliver a solution to sell this vouchers and autogenerate woocommerce coupont so it can be use directly in the shop.

After our review, we notice that one of our product was a variable one. So we had the need to link each of the variable to a specific product ID where can be use the coupon/voucher autogenerated in Woocommerce. After our feedback, they add the customize feature to cover our need in a record time. Now the Web has all funtionallilli we need.

There were 2 people we had contact with. Support and Customer service. Developers were also involved in the project but we didn't have direct contact with them.

Thanks to the solution that they provide us, allow to reduce the amount of management time in the Web. Now the booking system is completely merge with the vouchers shop.

Honestly, the project management is invertible. Very remarkable is the fluent communication not only via mail, and support system but also directly through videocalls.

Even when was needed, we scheduled a call. Definitely, if in the future I will need a solution for another project, I will contact them again.

Maybe because the project was small one, there is no remarkable errors or problems to be mentioned. I would like to know if in a larger project they can keep such level of working.

They’ve managed to deliver our website on time. We’ve also been getting a good amount of local inquiries since we started working on our website’s SEO, which we’re very happy about.

They’re excellent in this regard. Whenever I had something in mind in terms of functionality, I just give them a call, and they respond quickly. They’re always prompt, which makes things really smooth for us.

For communication, we interact through email most of the time. We also use Asana, especially when I want a particular workflow to be implemented. We sometimes connect via Skype for screen sharing and through phone calls as well.

We’re really impressed with their ability to deliver on time and provide optimal solutions to our problems. Another thing that really stands out to us is their proactiveness when it comes to giving suggestions. The quality of content they’ve given us is also commendable.

We were in permanent contract. Exchanges were very courteous and the team was very responsive,always anxious to provide me with clear answers quickly.

They understand our needs and have really good skills in web development. you feel like you can ask them anything and that's nice/reassuring.

The final delivery was a bit laborious because the environment they had to deploy their development was not the same as there's. But it was fixed, just the time to say it.

I am beginning advertising very soon. But the creation aspect was made simple & easy because of wpweb.

All timelines were honored. They actually beat the deadline by 1week. I had the plugin upgraded by them as well & they beat that timeline by a few days also.

The quality of their work was above par. The cost is effective. The turnaround time is excellent. The communication is stellar. I contacted a company that created a website for me before I called wpweb. After I explained what I wanted the cost was double wpweb & the turnaround time was 2 months.

Plus, they said they do not commit to Damm projects however since they worked with me before they would make an exception. I was unwilling to wait 2 months so I shopped around & found wpweb. What a big difference. I saved time & money & received a top quality plugin. I will use them to create the website for the plugin as well.

I do wish I could have hired them to intergrate the plugin into WordPress & Freemius for me. Or recommend someone who can. I like a 1 stop shop business, it makes the next steps easier to accomplish. They have earned my trust & my future business.

Once launched, the platform sold 100% of the bonds within 3 weeks. The sellers have been able to access their administration panels to validate the vouchers with ease and the clients have obtained a good feedback from citizens and merchants.
