I’m the director of Scrapenext, a web development company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with wpscreators?

We needed a partner to outsource a website development project, so we hired wpscreators. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

wpscreators helped us redesign our client’s organic food e-commerce website. They implemented revisions to the WordPress site and revamped a few pages, including the main page. They also updated the theme and Excel plugin.

What is the team composition?

We worked with Rahul (Owner), but we’re not sure if there were other teammates involved. 

How did you come to work with wpscreators?

A friend referred and gave the contact information of wpscreators to me.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement lasted from February–March 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

wpscreators did a good job and the end client was satisfied with the website. They were cost-effective and overall it was a good experience. We will hire them again for other projects. 

How did wpscreators perform from a project management standpoint?

They were good at project management and problem-solving. They constantly updated us, and we communicated via Zoom, phone calls, email, and other messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their expertise in WordPress was very impressive. They could quickly solve problems that were unsolvable for other engineers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of any based on our project. However, once we work more, maybe I’ll be able to point out areas for improvement and give some feedback. The project was too small to determine any area for improvement. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear about what you want, and make sure to always communicate with their team — that will help them to deliver properly.
