We started with a discovery meeting. They worked with us so that they can understand our projects as crypto is quite complicated. They've created scripts for the storyboard all the way to the animation. Their work and professional attitude were something I can 100% vouch for. Among all the agencies I've worked with, WOW-HOW has exceeded my expecatations

We worked with a project manager who outlined the project and kept us on schedule. Though there were delays on my team's end, they were diligent to remind us. After each milestone, we would give them feedback and the account manager would communicate them with their team. They shared their work via boords and google docs which allowed us to comment directly on certain designs and timestamps.

We have not yet released this created video to the public yet as we want to prepare marketing material. But this will be released soon

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided frequent, punctual feedback and updates. We mostly spoke via email, but even while working remotely, their timeliness and management style were very organized and did not impede us from our timeline at all

The WOW-HOW team worked remotely amidst the troubles of war, their work attitude and professionalism impressed my company and inspired me to work harder.

We started with the discovery meeting aimed to explain how our product works. The sales manager was able to quickly come up with convincing ideas on how the animation could look like. Afterwards we have submitted a detailed storyboard and Wow-How worked out the rest.

Bohdan and Anastasia were our major contacts and the exchanged between us and Wow-How has worked out really well.

We showed the pre-final version to several colleagues from sales and R&D. Apart from few minor recommendations, we got thumbs up from everyone.

I am the communication manager. Our company creates solutions which tackle noise pollution by developing materials which reduce the initial risk of exposure to loud noise and technologies which alleviate damage after it has occurred.

We looked for company's on google and crunch base. We also looked at reviews on clutch and then price also factored into our decision.

We began with a rough draft of what we where looking for then How-wow created a storyboarded from that. Then the modeling stage they began to create the 3D imagery. The the Animatic stages followed by style frames which showed the colour and details of our video. Then finally the whole video was rendered and delivered.

We worked with Iryna and Anastasia who where amazing from start to finished. Anastasia was lead contact for How-wow on this project and she was always quick to reply to queries and our feedback was always applied to the video exactly like requested.

We have won an award for "best video" at a pitch event.

They took all of our feedback onboard and applied our requests perfectly to the video during development stages. We feel this is why we are so satisfied with our video as it is exactly what we wanted.

I’m the VP of Sales and Marketing at a company that manufactures, markets, and distributes baby monitoring products.We are active in over 30 countries worldwide.

What challenge were you trying to address with Wow-How Studio?

We have developed a breakthrough product, which is a smart baby mattress. It’s a first-of-its-kind product, and it can monitor a baby's wellbeing in different parameters using a very unique environment sensor. To promote the smart baby mattress, we hired Wow-How to create a 3D video demonstrating the product in depth.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially collaborated with Wow-How on a short 3D animated video. We had a tight timeframe since this would serve as our entry for a prestigious award in the US. Once that was completed, we moved on to making a more comprehensive version of the product demonstration video.

We began both projects with numerous meetings where we discussed our goals with Wow-How. We provided the necessary materials and product descriptions, and they created an initial script with all of the elements that we wanted to be included. 

Wow-How also provided a very detailed professional document that we needed to complete. It outlined what we needed to prepare to help the team accomplish the work, and we used that to guide our processes.

In the end, they were able to produce two videos for us. Both videos were a professional combination of lifestyle videos revolving around mothers and babies and 3D animations illustrating the features and structure of the product.

What is the team composition?

There were three people involved in the project. Throughout both stages, our main contact was the business development manager.

How did you come to work with Wow-How Studio?

Way before we even started this project, someone had recommended Wow-How to us. We looked into their company, though we didn’t yet have the opportunity to work with them. When this project finally came up, we knew immediately that they were the ones we wanted to partner with.

We spent around $15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from August–December 2021. We’re currently planning to do subsequent projects with them around the same product, but none of those are active yet.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The second, more comprehensive video is now published on our website, YouTube channel, and social media pages, and Wow-How’s first video helped us win the very prestigious award we were after. They did an amazing job of carrying out a very concrete project. We are very happy with the effort they put into both videos.

How did Wow-How Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

They were perfect in terms of communication, and most of our correspondence was done via email and Zoom. We put a tight timeframe on them, but they managed this project in a very professional, optimal way and delivered it in a very short time.

We had a very professional and effective cooperation with them. Even when we needed certain changes along the way, they were always very responsive and made sure that the final result would be as we had expected it.

The team was also very open-minded to new challenges. They implemented certain services that they normally did not provide in order to meet our needs. For instance, we wanted the video to include lifestyle shots along with highly technical 3D animations, and they perfectly understood and carried out our requests.

Their professionalism is top-level. They perfectly understood our needs and knew how to professionally implement them in the way that we wanted. In the end, we got results that exceeded our expectations.

No, there’s nothing to improve in their quality of work. They were perfect with everything, and they went above and beyond for us.

The most important thing is to understand what your internal needs are and properly explain it to the Wow-How team. Rely on their professionalism to produce the best result because they do an amazing job.

Our software solution addresses multiple Autonomous Driving use cases and we wanted to add graphics/videos to our website that demonstrate the use cases supported by the software.

Initial contact was made thru LinkedIn and we decided to work with Wow-How based on the quality of work that we saw in their portfolio of past projects.

We already had some storyboards in mind for the videos we wanted to create. Wow-How took these initial ideas and generated graphics for the various scenes of the storyboard. We worked closely with their team to review and provide feedback to get to the final look and story for each video created.

In total, we worked on seven separate use cases, each with it's own graphics/video. The contents where a mix of 2D and 3D. Wow-How was very receptive to changes we requested that were key to conveying the key messages for the different videos.

We worked with a project lead who coordinated all aspects of the project very efficiently. Material for review was made available as promised and on schedule, feedback was collected and incorporated with timely follow-up to review the changes.

The project was executed to the schedule promised during in initial scope/quotation process.

The videos where integrated into the Autoware Foundation's updated website and received extremely positive responses from internal stakeholders and broader community.

The project manager was very easy to work with timely communication of project status and deliverables. Content was shared with readily accessible tools. Feedback was accepted as provided and in multiple formats based on the topic at hand.

The Wow-How Studio team worked very efficiently on our project. We received high quality results which aligned perfectly with our expectations with a minimal number of meetings/reviews requiring time commitment on our side.

We are a startup transatlantic airline with 15 Dreamliners connecting explorers from Europe to North America. I am responsible for the branding and digital marketing and designed the original brand concept last year.

We needed designers to create our first safety card that was both beautiful and functional. We wanted it to be a piece of art. As a young company, our brief was minimal and we had no previous design assets to use. This company was to visualise and come up with a design style for us to use going forward that would be integral to our visual brand identity.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We went through freelancing sites and received 50+ applications from talented and passionate designers. Their practical knowledge and suggestions for how our original vision might not be appropriate made us have faith they would guide us in the right direction while also delivering something great. Their portfolio was also amazing so it was a no-brainer.

We provided the general structure of the page and screenshots of what instructions had to be included, they transformed these simple instructions into something real. There was a style guide to approve, and four rounds of changes in total with flexibility to incorporate minor changes throughout.

We made one major overhaul from our original plan in the middle and they were able to accomodate. We had a tonne of regulatory features that we needed included, and their team did a great job of understanding and translating this to their team of designers.

I reached out to their founder Alex, and then worked closely with their Account Executive and Project Manager to get things done. Their designers worked magic behind the scenes.

Our safety cards were approved without any comments by the Norwegian authorities first time and incredibly quickly. Their designs were so clear and precise that they fit all the regulatory criteria while also looking amazing.

We did this all over email and LinkedIn with frequent communication. They delivered wayyy ahead of schedule following a request from us. Excel was used to track timelines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Despite facing the utter hardships of the Ukrainian conflict, they delivered on time and fully, while maintaining communication. I was highly impressed by their speed and quality of work beforehand, but this just stunned everyone in my team. Their level of professionalism despite their personal challenges was just incredible.

Any errors were fixed promptly and perfectly, I can't complain.

One of our co-founders introduced me to Wow-How a while ago to initially look at 3D rendering, of which I was thrilled with their portfolio. But this time around we needed 2D animation, and needed it quick - they showed me a portfolio and I was convinced.

The process was extremely fast and well organized. Every time I woke up I had a new piece of content or update to approve or provide feedback on, their team was very fast and the quality was very high. We provided the storyboard, script and they were able to put all the pieces together and go above and beyond on the illustrating the concepts we hoped to get across.

Our project managers were always on top of the feedback and never had any issues understanding the direction that we wanted to go with the video.

We' are yet to launch the video, but internally it has blown people away. It clarifies a very complex situation and product cycle in a simple and compelling way - and I'm sure it will be well received as we launch it online and at events.

Communication solely on email, which worked perfectly well. They provided video proofs through another platform that allowed specific comments on timestamps and that sped up the revision process significantly.

After reviewing a number of vendors locally, I decided to look for vendors in Ukraine. This is because I am familiar with this market having worked for a company with a large dev center there. I was always impressed by the quality of the services there. After considering a couple of agencies in Ukraine, I selected Wow How because of their extremely personable approach, fast response times, and their impressive portfolio on their website.

We started with a discovery meeting for each video produced. Wow How always produce a very detailed project plan that we mutually agree on. This is a very professional process and leaves little or no room for error or mismatched expectations. We then worked on a script together. From the final script, Wow-How developed style frames to which I provided input.

Wow How have an almost innate ability to understand what I need and what I am trying to achieve with each video project. As a result, there were very few feedback rounds, and the vast majority of communication was handled over email. The whole process was painless, extremely professional and with a finished product that was always above my expectations.

I worked with my account/project manager as my only point of contact. She then communicated with the creative team. Feedback was very smooth. Wow How is always super responsive and helpful. They are also willing to challenge if they feel the creative result may suffer. This is good as they are more like a sparring partner and a member of my own brand marketing team, than some distant consultancy.

Hyperfine, Inc. provides the world's first FDA 510K cleared portable magnetic resonance imaging system. We hired Wow-How Studio to create intuitive, easy to understand, self-explanatory, and descriptive videos for our customers describing the system's operation, workflow, and the delivery process.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Hyperfine, Inc. found Wow-How Studio through a brief search on the Internet. Their prior customer portfolio was impressive and our initial queries were addressed by their staff efficiently and thoroughly. From the start, their project managers and developers were keen to listen to Hyperfine's needs and provided recommendations every step of the way. Furthermore, their return communication and correspondence time was very quick and they delivered on their expected project deadlines.

Every video Hyperfine, Inc. produced with Wow-How Studio included an initial series of meetings to draft and refine the voice over script. Additional meetings were then held to review and refine the 2D story board. As the project progressed, previews of the 3D rendered videos were shown to Hyperfine's team for immediate feedback. Once the near-final video was ready, Hyperfine's team was able to further fine tune small details for production readiness. The correspondence from Wow-How Studio was timely and effective.

It was an absolute joy to work with Volodymyr, Julia, and another Julia! It is an awesome team.

Absolutely. The videos we have created with Wow-How Studio are constantly being used in internal board meetings, external investor meetings, and at conferences and tradeshows.

Wow-How Studio paid great attention to detail with Hyperfine's unique product, and understood that Hyperfine was a start-up company. All of us at Hyperfine was left extremely impressed with Wow-How's final video product(s) of our portable magnetic resonance imaging system.
