What challenge were you trying to address with Wishup?

We hired Wishup mainly to take customer support and day-to-day admin work off our internal team's plate. We wanted someone reliable handling support tickets and customer queries so our core team could focus on product and growth instead of getting pulled into repetitive requests. On the admin side, the goal was to have a dedicated virtual assistant manage data entry, keep our records and spreadsheets updated, and handle the small recurring tasks that don't need a specialist but still take real time if nobody owns them.
