Consistency was the standout for me. I've worked with freelancers and VAs in the past, and there's usually some drop off after a few weeks and sort of a lessening of quality - not here. I also appreciated that there is a back up in the again unlikely event something needed to happen as in the only time our VA took a day off, someone else stepped in, and nothing fell through the cracks.
