We hired Wirebox to work on a number of our clients' sites to improve their speed and overall functionality. Depending on the client we were looking for a 10% to 50% increase in speed.

We shortlisted a number of web development agencies in London and Wirebox won the pitch due to their obvious expertise and credibility in this space, plus their reasonable prices. They are also a really nice team, so it's a pleasure working together.

We had a kick off meeting for each client project to agree the KPI's we wanted to achieve and then Wirebox put a roadmap in place to deliver all of the optimisation. All of the sites were Wordpress sites.

We worked with Andrew (founder), John (head of sales) and the web development team, overall it was a really great experience with a very knowledgeable team.

The team hit all of our KPI's and in some cases went beyond them. We were extremely impressed.

• Increase in customer retention and conversion via a new payment gateway which enabled the end user to checkout faster via Google/Apply Pay. Also, the new hosting provider gave the customer much better browsing due to an increase in the performance capabilities which resulted in the fast load speeds of each page.

To design an interactive website for us to use as a consultation tool for staff to create our new Strategy. We wanted to create engaging ways to encourage colleagues to think about the future of the University, and give feedback on the first ideas around the Strategy. Later, we worked with Wirebox to update the website, making it public so that we could share our strategy with external stakeholders.
