I am an entrepreneur with a startup Company based in Wyoming. This company is an e-platform aiming to provide simple and effective solutions for everyday life. From holding on to values to managing essential work in life, we aim to provide cost-effective and user-friendly solutions in the digital world.

For what projects/services did your company hire WINS Software Systems Pvt Ltd, and what were your goals?

For Mobile App development in iOS & Android and for a website ; our goal is to have a platform for our App Users to share & store their memories/message with family & close people which can be delivered in the present or a preset date or event into the future.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After research with number of developers decided that to proceed with WINS SOFTWARE due to following:

• Quality conscious
• Very reliable and cooperative
• A strong and young team with experience in multiple app projects in the past

Our aim was to have a user friendly platform for our App users and Project delivery was by using Agile methodology. Key deliverables are Mobile Apps & website Used iOS, Android; AWS, React JS, Node JS, Mongo DB, HTML & CSS

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

6 key people including a PM, Business Analyst, Tech Leads and all the senior developers had 5 different juniors including a content writer

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project is in the final stages of of getting released, currently we are looking into some legal clauses/aspects which need addressed before the app can be released in the play store.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Project using Agile methodology, Tools like Jira, Zoom & Gmail, Gdrive The Project Manager was both very cooperative at the same time good in achieving milestones.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their team is very approachable and customer-friendly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Most of our work, coordination was online. Having a representative on site for direct interaction would mutually beneficial.
