2. I’m the owner of Amba Infotech, a software development company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Wings Tech Solutions?

We needed to subcontract our work to a company that could develop a travel application.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped us create a mobile travel application for iOS and Android. We developed the backend and APIs, while Wings Tech Solutions handled the frontend dev, UI work, and integration of our API’s into the native app.

On the final app, users can buy travel packages and several in-app destination tools. It was important that the tools were easily visible on the app, so Wings Tech Solutions took that into account when designing the UI.  

The team made it possible for users to log into the app to purchase tools and browse hotel rates, amenities, and attractions by destination. In addition to travel guides, we added a VoIP call and chat feature, that allows customers to get support from our travel agents. 

Because the client wanted to go paperless, we placed all of the modules and travel documents within the app. That way, travelers don’t need to carry printouts and all documentation can be uploaded and accessed.

Both the quality of their work and final UI were exceptional, helping the app perform well. Seven countries are already using the app. The client was so happy with the product, that they’ve already started additional work with us.

Communication was solid, research results were clear, and the team's skills in research were exceptional, especially with the VoIP requirements. The project manager did a great deal of research and problem-solving, using Asana and Excel to keep everyone updated and on the same page.
