Widzeni took on the task of running a Google AdWords campaign for a B2B gadget wholesaler. According to their offer, they were to:
- operational strategy
- conversion configuration
- daily results monitoring and regular optimization
- preparation of custom reports from Google Analytics

Wiedzieni practically doesn't listen to what the client has to say – they still use their automatic and standard settings, which unfortunately translates into pointless budget spending.

Moreover, I previously stated in the Brief that I don't accept setting up a campaign to target my customers in order to show better results.

I also informed them that the Performance Max campaign doesn't work for my type of business.

What I received:
- incorrectly set conversions – which were verified only after my two alerts (lost by about a month). After a month, they were technically set correctly.

- Performance Max campaign, which was set to capture my regular customers (March - May)
- After excluding my regular customers by excluding the company name, the campaign completely collapsed and produced almost no results
- Setting conversions to capture new customer registrations. And here, it would probably have been a good idea - IF the employee had any idea why they were even doing this? That is, new registrations were left to their own devices - there was no remarketing campaign setup that would have sent a message to registered customers who didn't make a purchase.
- Monthly reports are automated and of very low quality.
- Daily monitoring is a sham - activities were limited to cosmetic changes every two weeks - of no real significance.

In summary, tricks are used, such as setting the campaign to the company name. And then there's the lack of an employee who even considered the customer's path to purchase OR listened to what I had to say as a business owner.

Overall, I don't recommend it :(

Unfortunately, it didn't happen :( After 3 events, I managed to force the tricks that occurred on conversions from my company name - the results of the action collapsed.

A 1-month delay in correctly setting up conversions.
A 3-month delay and the use of a trick involving conversions based on the company name (which was immediately addressed in the Brief).
The response to the complaint was internally contradictory and, of course, rejected.

Unfortunately, nothing—they rely on tricks like all the others. They didn't listen to the customer and refused to explain anything.

Conversions were set correctly after a month, and the technical execution was excellent.

I think the most important thing is to implement your own offer honestly. Don't use tricks. Listen to what the customer says – they have the most knowledge about their company.

And most importantly – mention the complaints department – ​​the response was so bizarre, I'll even frame it. The response was contradictory several times in one text.

It took some time before we started seeing measurable results, but the first report showing positive changes in traffic came in May. Widoczni took over our project from a previous SEO agency and had to rebuild many SEO elements from scratch, including link building. Over the past year, we implemented a number of content updates and technical SEO improvements based on detailed audits provided by Widoczni. These changes are now beginning to reflect in our organic visibility. While we don't track customer inquiries, we’ve noticed an increase in organic traffic and now have a much stronger content base on our website and blog

Their project management has been solid and very collaborative. Widoczni always send content for our approval before publishing, and they proactively contact us whenever there are questions or areas that require consultation. In some cases, certain technical limitations (related to our platform) have prevented full implementation, but Widoczni always make the effort to find a solution or provide the best possible support. Overall, they are a reliable and engaged partner who values clear communication and client collaboration.

A bit more attentiveness and time spent aligning expectations at the start would have helped streamline the process even further. That said, these issues were quickly resolved, and communication has been smooth ever since.
